Single 훅: It is a commonly used 훅 with simple structure and convenient use. NSmaterial is generally forged from 20# high-quality carbon steel or 20Mn, and the maximum lifting weight is not more than 80 tons.
Double 훅s: Double 훅s are often used when the lifting weight is large, and the force is even and symmetrical. NSmaterial is generally forged from 20# high-quality carbon steel or 20Mn. Usually, double 훅s are used for lifting equipment larger than 80 tons.
NSlaminated 훅 is riveted by cutting and forming multiple steel plates. Since the 훅 plate will not break at the same time, the working reliability is better than that of the integral forged
훅. NSdisadvantage is that the weight and size are larger.
NSscrap standard of
훅:NS훅 is cracked; the dangerous section wears up to 10% of the original size; the opening degree is increased by 15% than the original size; the torsion deformation exceeds 10 degrees, the disadvantage is that the weight and size are large.
NS훅 should be scrapped when one of the following situations occurs: 1. Crack; 2. Dangerous section wear reaches 10% of the original size; 3. NSopening degree is increased by 10% than the original size; 4. NStorsional deformation of the 훅 body exceeds 10; 5. Hanging NSdangerous section of the 훅 or the neck of the 훅 is plastically deformed; 6. NS훅 thread is corroded; 7. When the bushing of the 훅 is worn to 50% of the original size, the bushing should be replaced; 8. NSmandrel of the 훅 is worn to the original size At 5%, the mandrel should be replaced.
